the reception manager, ms elizabeth, greeted me warmly. ms. lean in the vip lounge was very attentive. she took the time to talk with me, feel personal. judith, the room attendant, ensured my room was comfortable .

the thermostat in my room would not go below 24 degrees celsius. i set it at 18, but the temperature did not change. there was a small water leak in the bathroom as well.

the lunch buffet features international cuisine, catered to different tastes. i especially thank chef khan and ali for their friendly attitude. saif allah also provides great service in the restaurant.
